William John Donofrio, 22, of Round Hill Road, Shelton, is charged with failure to drive right, DUI, illegal possession of marijuana, sale of a controlled substance, illegal possession near a school and use of drug paraphernalia.
Police said Donofrio was driving erratically in Huntington Center. When he was stopped, police said they discovered marijuana in the car.
Donofrio's bonds totaled $2,500 for appearances in Derby Superior Court.
