Brian Ellsworth Whitlock, 29, of Maple Lane, is charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and three counts of failing to appear in court.
Police said Whitlock grabbed and pushed a person, while there was a protective order against him.
Whitlock's bond's totaled about $22,000 for appearances in Derby Superior Court.
