
Stefano Cervera, 28, of Nichols Avenue, is charged with second-degree larceny.
Police said Cervera took jewelry worth about $10,000 from the home of an acquaintance. The theft was reported Aug. 25.
Officers tracked down Cervera through pawn receipts, police said.
Cervera's bond was set at $5,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
