A Stratford man, allegedly banned from the Fitness Edge on Bridgeport Avenue, is accused of returning there.
Pat Staltaro, 76, of Oronoque Lane, is charged with second-degree breach the peace and simple trespass.
According to police, Edge officials said they banned Staltaro but did not press charges at the time, police said.
On Dec. 23, he returned and was parked in his pick up truck, and was released on a written promise to appear in Derby Superior Court.
