Shelton Land Conservation Trust Adds 4 Acres

Shelton, CT - The Shelton Land Conservation Trust is adding four more acres to the 370 acres already under its control.

The trust recently acquired the four acres off Leavenworth Road in the Means Brook Greenway, land it had wanted to buy for years and were finally able to do so, reports the Shelton Herald.

How much the trust paid to acquire the land was not disclosed, but proposals over the years sought to build various commercial businesses on the property.
