Shelton Police Department Launches Holiday Toy Drive

The department is teaming up with the local Outback Steakhouse and Donut Crazy to collect the toys.

SHELTON, CT — The Shelton Police Department has teamed up with the city's Outback Steakhouse and Donut Crazy to collect toys for children this holiday season, organizers announced on Facebook.

"People are asked to bring new unwrapped toys that will be distributed to local families in need," organizers wrote. "All toys must be received by Monday, December 19th."

Toys can be dropped off at the Shelton Police Department, 85 Wheeler St.; Outback Steakhouse in Shelton, 698 Bridgeport Ave.; and Donut Crazy, 785 River Road in Shelton.
