Westport PD: Shelton Man Charged with 5 Felonies

Timothy Bagley, 47, of Shelton, turned himself in on January 31 to the Westport Police Department on six different failure to appear charges from multiple police departments, according to an arrest report.

Bagley was charged with five counts of first-degree failure to appear and one count of second-degree failure to appear, police said. 

He was held on a court-ordered $50,000 bond and transported to State Superior Court in Norwalk for his arraignment, according to the arrest report.
