100 MPH Driver Busted for DUI in Southbury

Nicholas Briganti, 21, of Mansfield, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, and passing on the right on August 11 at approximately 3:18 a.m. when police observed him driving over 100 MPH on Interstate 84 near exit 16 in Southbury. 

Briganti was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on August 28.
