Heavy rain and strong winds are forecasted for tomorrow July 9th as Tropical Storm Elsa moves across Connecticut. Three to five inches of rain is expected with wind gusts up to 40-50 mph.

We ask that residents prepare for potential power outages and flooding and secure all outdoor objects susceptible to high winds.
