Michael Mardis, 57, of Oxford, was charged with DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane on July 23 at approximately 11:42 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically through a construction site on Route 67 near Kettletown Road in Southbury.
Mardis was released on $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on August 1.Â
