Bear Repellent Used During Southbury Road Rage Incident: PD

Two men were arrested; one who used bear repellent and the other who struck a mirror, police said.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Two men were arrested after a road rage incident ended with bear repellent being sprayed, according to police.

Jesse Zehall, 27, of Southbury told police that he sprayed at two men after one of them struck the side mirror of his vehicle on Old Waterbury Road, according to the News-Times.

Charles Weise, 67, of Southbury had struck Zehall's mirror because he thought Zehall was driving too close and fast, police said. Both men were arrested.
