Man Charged With Sexual Assault After Southbury Incident

Samuel Clark, 20, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree sexual assault on June 3 at approximately 11:23 a.m.

According to police, Clark turned himself in to the Southbury Police Department on an outstanding warrant of sexual assault stemming from an incident that occurred in December 2011 on Judd Road in Southbury.

Clark was released on $50,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on June 11.
