PDDH to Hold Saturday Flu Clinic on November 7

PDDH offers free flu vaccine to area residents at appointment-only clinic on November 7. FluMist will be available.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in anticipation of higher demand, Pomperaug Health District has expanded its flu clinic schedule, including 20 additional clinics. This year, the Health District has added Saturday clinics to make it more convenient for people to get their flu vaccine.

The next Saturday clinic is on November 7 from 10:00 AM to noon at the Pomperaug Health District Office, in Playhouse Corner, 77 Main Street North, Southbury. FluMist is available at this clinic along with free regular adult flu vaccine for people with no insurance or insurance that we do not accept, such as the Access Health CT plans.

Clinics are by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted. The easiest way to make an appointment is to visit www.pddh.org and follow the links. Those unable to make an appointment online can call the PDDH at 203-264-9616, extension 0 to schedule an appointment. CDC and State COVID-19 guidelines will be followed for the clinics. Face masks will be required at all clinics
