Southbury's new recycling bins are now in Ewald and Ballantine Park.
The addition of the bins is an initial step in the new environmental initiative “Go Green Go Southbury” the town launched last month.
The campaign’s overall objective is to make sure all residents are aware of the many existing and future programs that the town has to help save money while being better stewards of the environment, said Southbury First Selectman Ed Edelson
“Please make sure to look for them and help improve our rate of recycling,” said Edelson.
