Search Continues For Missing Southbury Man: Report

Mark Gasso, 63, has been missing since April 16, according to authorities. His family is still searching for answers.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Southbury resident Mark Gasso, 63, has not been seen since April 16, and his Berkshire Road home is now considered a crime scene, reported News 12 Connecticut.

Gasso's family said that when some of his co-workers went to his home, they found the shower running, the television on and his wallet and cell phone inside. But there was no sign of Gasso.

He is decribed as white, bald, and with hazel-colored eyes. He stands 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds.

Authorities have searched the wooded area around Gasso's home, and also searched nearby Lake Zoar.

When asked by Patch if there was any new information in the case, a Southbury police spokesperson did not offer any, and referred to the missing person report from the department's Facebook page.
