Southbury Man Charged With Assault
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
James Leo, 53, of Southbury, was charged with third-degree assault, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct on June 13 at approximately 7:10 p.m.
According to police, Leo was charged following a report of a disturbance on Valley Stream Lane in Southbury. A juvenile was also charged with disorderly conduct from the incident.
Leo was held on bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on June 14. Â
