Southbury Man Charged With Trespassing, Violating Protective Order

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Kevin Foster, 20, of Southbury, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and violation of a protective order on May 26 at approximately 3:47 p.m.  

According to police, officers were called to a residence on Southwoods Terrace in Southbury for a reported incident and after an investigation took Foster in to custody.  

Subsequent to the arrest it was discovered that there was an additional outstanding arrest warrant for Foster for second-degree failure to appear.  

Foster was held and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on May 28.
