Southbury Considers Dog Day Care Proposals
Town officials are considering how to apply zoning laws to proposals.

SOUTHBURY, CT — The town Planning Commission is looking into amending zoning for dog day care centers.
There are currently two dog day care centers in Woodbury and both are in residential zones, according to the Republican-American. The proposals before the Planning Omission would allow the businesses to be open Monday through Friday with no overnight stays.
John Kasabucki, owner of The Haute Dog Hotel, told the Waterbury Republican American that demand is growing for the services the business offers.
