This time we’re making zucchini meatballs! These meatballs are meat free but still just as delicious and go perfectly with your favorite pasta and sauce. To make this recipe you’ll need the following ingredients: olive oil, 2 large zucchinis, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, grated parmesan cheese, and your choice of sauce. A cheese grater is required to shred the zucchinis.
Food Explorers: Zucchini Meatballs – Friday, July 30 at 5:00 pm live on Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program.
