A Southbury resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket recently, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Oct. 19, Carol Hogan of Southbury won $10,000 playing Mega Millions.
She purchased the lucky ticket at Street Corner News in Danbury.
