
SOUTHBURY, CT — Southbury's grand list grew by 0.8 percent or $17 million and is now at $2.14 billion, the Republican-American reports. Increases are attributed to businesses purchasing new equipment and homeowners making improvements.
Southbury's top taxpayers continues to be IBM, followed by the Southbury Green shopping center and Southbury Plaza, the Rep-Am reports. IBM's real estate property assessment is $39.62 million.
