NOTICE AND WARNING OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
TOWN OF SOUTHBURY

Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Town of Southbury and those qualified to vote at a Town Meeting, that a Special Town Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 of Town Hall for the following purpose:

To consider and act upon the recommendation of the Boards of Finance and Selectmen to appropriate the sum of $239,900 to purchase property owned by Cappen, LLC located at 864 South Britain Road, Southbury, 41 +/- acres, for permanently protected open space and passive recreation.
