Tractor Mac at the Southbury Farmer’s Market

Local children’s author Billy Steers and his title character, Tractor Mac, will be visiting the Southbury Farmers’ Market next week.

The entire series of Tractor Mac books, including the newest in the series, Tractor Mac, Family Reunion, will be available for purchase and can be personalized with an autograph. Tractor Mac, the 1948 Farmall Cub who stars in a series of popular children’s books along with a host of other barnyard and farm friends, will be available for pictures.

Other books in the Tractor Mac series include: Tractor Mac Learns to Fly, Tractor Mac You're a Winner, Tractor Mac Builds a Barn, Tractor Mac Harvest Time, Tractor Mac Farm Days, Tractor Mac Saves Christmas, Tractor Mac Farmers’ Market and Tractor Mac Tune Up.

The visit is slated for Thursday, July 25 from 3 - 6 p.m. on the Town Hall lawn.
