Trashing Southbury Hotel Room Leads To Charges: Report
Ledyard woman arrested after allegedly trashing her hotel room.
Courtney Erin Rivera, 27, of Center Groton Road in Ledyard allegedly trashed her hotel room at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Southbury at 1284 Strongtown Road on Nov. 15, the Republican-American reports.
Officers responded to the hotel at 3:20 a.m. when hotel staff reported Rivera drinking at the hotel pool after hours, the Rep-Am reports.
She initially told police someone had stalked her and damaged the room. Police found the tv damaged, glasses broken and a mirror shattered, the Rep-Am reports.
