Visions for Vacancies: Southbury Travel Center

It’s been some time since the Southbury Travel Center office closed down, but the Main Street space it left behind remains vacant today.

At 1,449 square feet, this space adjacent to Dunkin Donuts and a stones throw from Mobil, has vast possibilities. Decent size, on Main Street, right off Interstate 84, but somehow it remains untouched.

What do you envision for this property?

Obviously, factors such as local zoning laws will have a say in what goes in the property next, but let's suspend reality for a while. What would you like to see take over the old Travel Center location? Share your ideas in the comments!
