Woman Charged With DUI in Southbury
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Courtney Richter, 22, of Wethersfield, was charged with DUI and failure to drive to the right on June 1 at approximately 1:46 a.m. after police observed her driving erratically on Southford Road in Southbury. Â
Richter was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on June 11. Â
