Woman Stole Money From Restaurant Using Checks: PD
The woman used her payroll coordinator position to steal money from a restaurant, according to police.
SOUTHBURY CT — A New Milford woman was arrested after she stole $6,000 through paycheck fraud, according to police.
Kristina Maxwell, 23, worked at Maggie McFly's and wrote checks out to former employees while using her personal bank account, according to the Republican-American.
She is charged with third-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft and third-degree computer crime, according to court records.
