Apple Harvest Festival Road Races T-Shirt Design Contest

From SCCYMCA: Southington-Cheshire Community YMCAs is pleased to announce the Apple Harvest Festival Road Race T-shirt Design Contest is now open for submissions. This annual contest gives members from the community the chance to design the t- shirt provided to the first 1,200 race registrants. The best six designs will be presented on a ballot for the community to select the winning design this August. The winning design will be announced this September.

The winning artist will receive a $100.00 cash prize and bragging rights. Designs are due at 11:59pm on July 31, 2017. The public will vote on designs beginning August 10 via a link provided on the Southington Community YMCA Facebook Page. Follow Southington Community YMCA on Facebook for updates.

Design Requirements

• Up to four colors, not blended

• On white or transparent baackground

• Must include the words: Apple Harvest Festival Road Races

• Must include: 2017

• Only one submission per person

• Design must be unique

• Must fit within 10 ½ inches by 10 ½ inches

• File must be 300 dpi

• Save file as .jpg, .png, .pdf, or .eps.

Voting Details:

• Six T-shirt designs will be presented for the vote
• Voting runs August 10-31
