According to a warrant, Matthew Castellano entered the station and pre-paid for $25 dollars worth of gas with a credit card. Castellano left the store and began pumping gas, but returned a few minutes later to say the pump stopped at $10, according to a warrant.

A credit for the balance was issued by the store, but Castellano returned after a short time, angered the credit was not posted to his account, according to a warrant. After store staff members explained the transaction could take up to two days, Castellano walked back outside while uttering expletives, according to a warrant.

On March 4, Castellano surrendered to police and was charted with third-degree assault and breach of peace, according to a warrant.
