Man Charged With Firat-Degree Stalking In Southington
A protective order violation led to a series of charges in Southington, police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A New Britain man has been charged with first-degree stalking in Southington.
Joshua Herrara, 55, was also charged with fifth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and jilting a protective order, records show.
He was arrested on Jan. 25, police said.

According to a report, Herrerais showed up at the victim's place of employment after sending Face Time video that was considered threatening.
Prior to leaving the establishment, after being told to leave, Herrerais stole the victim's cell phone, police said.

A warrant was then secured for his arrest, police said.
A $75,000 surety bond was assigned to the case, police said
