Witnesses reported that a three-wheeled motorcycle and a sedan were "swerving at each other, tailgating, trying to pass each other in no passing zones, and yelling at each other while driving down Queen Street in an aggressive manner," according to a police report.

Witnesses followed them on Center Street and the sedan nearly hit an elderly pedestrian crossing the street while turning left onto Apple Alley from Center Street, according to a report.

The 78-year-old was driving the three-wheeled motorcycle and the 76-year-old was at the wheel of the sedan, police said.

According to a report, a witness was able to provide dash camera footage beginning in the area of Queen Street and Spring Street, showing the cycle turning right onto Queen Street with the sedan behind it.

In the area of World Wide Wine and Spirits, the sedan passed the motorcycle on the left and then cut it off in the right southbound lane, according to a report, citing the footage.

The driver of the motorcycle then then tried to pass the sedan on the left and the sedan began to block it, according to a report.

The footage further showed that, as both vehicles continue southbound on Queen Street, an argument ensued while they were speeding, according to a report.

Both were charged with following too closely with intent to harass, also known as a "Road Rage" crime; and reckless driving.
