The 22-year-old is free on $250,000 bond and due back in court on Sept. 28.

According to police, around 8:44 p.m., Correa, driving a Honda CR-V northeast on Andrews Street, toward New Britain, appeared to lose control around a curve, crossed the center lines and struck several large rocks and a guardrail on the side of the road. The crash happened along the reservoir in between Long Bottom and Caretaker roads.

Police said there were four people in the vehicle.

Kii Glover and Kaivon Glover, who were backseat passengers, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Correa and the front seat passenger, Mollina Colon, 22, suffered injuries that police said were not life-threatening.
