New Restaurant — Flair — Takes Over For Geno's in Southington
A new restaurant with a diverse menu has opened on Main Street in Southington.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A new restaurant with a diverse menu — and a couple of new twists to traditional comfort dishes — has opened in Southington at the former site of Geno's Grille.
Chef Hector Delgado opened Flair at 98 Main Street. He has been a familiar face in kitchens throughout new England since 1991 and has now opened his own restaurant.

- HECTOR’S MAC AND CHEESE — Lobster and shrimp, applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes and asparagus, roasted jalapeno puree.
- EGG BATTERED SCROD — Tomatoes, asparagus, white beans, applewood smoked bacon, sherry wine butter sauce over yellow rice.
- BUTTERNUT SQUASH RISOTTO — Sage, maple horseradish glaze, blackened chicken, spinach.
- FRIED EGGPLANT AND MOZZARELLA EN CARROZA ‒ With plum tomato sauce and pesto on brioche.
