SOUTHINGTON, CT — A big CT Lottery winner was sold at a Southington gas station.
On Monday, Scott Cullins, of Southington, cashed in his $10,000 winning ticket in the popular 10x Cash Fourth Edition game.
He purchased the lucky ticket at the Southington Hess station at 181 Queen St.
