Southington Police Blotter: Baseball Bat Used in Assault

The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

In a busy past week for officers, police served warrants in ongoing shoplifting cases including one involving a man who stole more than 200 bars of soap, as well as taking a man into custody after he threatened to use a baseball bat on family members. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:

Oct. 2

Anthony Casale, 49, of 360 Stonegate Road in Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order, Oct. 2.

Oct. 3

Wallace Alderi, 54, of no given address, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, first-degree criminal trespassing and two counts of failure to submit fingerprints, Oct. 3.

Oct. 4

Stacy Reardon, 43, of 44 School St. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, Oct. 4.

Rebecca Reardon, 21, of 44 School St. in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Oct. 4.
 
Selena R. Bouchard, 41, of 175 Clark St. in Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Oct. 4.

Stephen A. Hopkins, 24, of 197 E. Main St. in Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, Oct. 4.

Jeffrey M. Milano, 20, of 32 Darling St. in Southington, was charged with interfering with an officer and possession of alcohol by a minor, Oct. 4.

Anthony Angelone, 26, of 215 Old Turnpike Road in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, Oct. 4.

Oct. 5

Jay Pastor, 27, of 1 Zwicks Farm Road in Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, carrying a dangerous weapon, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening, Oct. 5.

Michael Beharry, 55, of 5 Short St. in Bristol, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane, evading responsibility in an accident and driving under the influence, Oct. 5.

Ryan Flannigan, 21, of 144 Regina Drive in East Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and first-degree failure to appear, Oct. 5.

Marilyn H. Rotundo, 64, of 55 Gaylord St. in Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, Oct. 5.

Scott Kohl, 29, of 106 Howard Ave. in Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, Oct. 5.

Oct. 7

David Dworak, 29, of 79 Hepworth St. in Bristol, was charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, Oct. 7.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Six people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Two people were cited with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
  • One person was cited with failure to wear seatbelt.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • One person was cited with failure to license a dog.
  • One person was cited with speeding/traveling too fast.
