Southington PZC To Discuss 'Online' Gun Business Application
The Southington Planning and Zoning Commission is slated to discuss an application for an "online" firearms business.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — The Southington Planning and Zoning Commission is slated to discuss and potentially vote on an application to host an "online" firearms business at a Jude Lane home.
The virtual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday at 7 p.m.
According to the application, the in-home business will involved "mostly online" sales of firearms. Some "transfers" will be conducted on premises, according to the application.

If the PZC approves, the business would seek a federal firearms license through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, according to the application.
