SOUTHINGTON, CT — Southington Board of Education member David Falvo is due in July to answer an assault charge from earlier this month.

Police described the May 18 altercation as domestic in nature between Falvo and his partner.

Falvo was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, court records show.
