Southington's Pumpkin Season In Full Swing — With Some Changes
Area pumpkin patches are primed for pickers, even with 2020 changes.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Pumpkin season is in full swing in Southington with the calendar flipping to October. Yes, things are a bit different in 2020, but many pumpkin patches are still making a go of it amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Pandemic protocols mean many of the area's pumpkin patches have had to make significant adjustments to hours, regulations and activities as they head into the peak of the season.
The bottom line is the coronavirus has only changed — not completely closed — most of the area's most popular pumpkin patches and stands and their offerings this fall.
