Virtual Class: Building Better Bones & Joints
Learn more about how exercise can strengthen your bones at free program Thurs., April 8, 11a-12p. GoodLife Fitness presents. 1.855.442.4373.

As people age, bones begin to weaken and deteriorate due to osteoporosis and other conditions. Exercise has shown to boost bone health. A free virtual class, “Building Better Bones & Joints,” will include information about the benefits of moving and the best exercises. This event will be held Thursday, April 8, 11 a.m. to noon. led by Julie Sopchak, exercise physiologist with Hartford HealthCare’s GoodLife Fitness, the program sponsor.
