Virtual Class: Healthy Brain Series Examines Optimum Aging
Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging presents five-part series exploring tips for living life to the fullest. 1.855.442.4373

Strategies and information on maintaining an active and engaged brain is the focus of a free five-part series presented by Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging. The Healthy Brain Series will be held Thursdays, May 6 to 27 and June 3, 11 a.m. to noon. A certified dementia specialist with Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging, the program sponsor, will present the series.
Topics will include: Session 1: Challenge Your Mind Daily – Activities To Keep Your Mind Sharp; Session 2: Feeding the Brain – The Importance of Diet and Hydration; Session 3: Benefits of a Purposeful Life: Finding Meaningful Engagement as You Age; Session 4: Good Sleep and Brain Power; and Session 5: The Blue Zones – Lessons for Living Longer from the People Who’ve Lived the Longest. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions.
