Virtual Class: How to Fall Safely

Avoiding slips and falls isn’t always easy – sometimes they are inevitable. A free program, “How to Fall Safely,” will be held Tuesday, May 4, 10 to 11 a.m. Techniques will be demonstrated to show how to fall the correct way whether forwards or backwards and how to lessen the severity of injury. Presenter will be Mitchell Nyser, exercise physiologist with Hartford HealthCare’s GoodLife Fitness, the program sponsor.
