Baylen is no stranger to acting. He has appeared in national and local commercials. His mom, Laura, said Baylen went into acting after friends suggested it due to his outgoing and mature nature. He now represented in Los Angeles and New York by Buchwald Talent, DDO Artist Agency and is managed by Atlas Artists in Los Angeles.
"I really like it. I like it very much," Baylen said of acting. "I love how you really have to work hard and focus. I've put in a lot of hard work for a 6-year-old."

WandaVision is an all-new original series focusing on Marvel Avengers characters Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Vision, played by Paul Bettany. Baylen worked directly with both actors in several scenes filmed in 2019 at Pinewood Atlanta Studios in Georgia.
Laura said it was quite the experience.
"When we flew to Georgia to film the Marvel show it was all kind of neat," she said. "Baylen had his own trailer, which was good because he also had to do school work three hours a day. It was a whirlwind. "It was a great experience because we got to see how people actually film movies."

So what would be Baylen's dream role?
"Fixer Upper," he said. "I love building and I love to fix houses. I just love Chip and Jo."
Laura said Baylen began his career modeling and then turned to acting.
"At one point, we had 18 call-backs and many of the casting people said Baylen had the "it" factor," she said.
That factor can also transcend to the home. When Baylen is not in school online (it was a family decision not career, Laura said), he can certainly play his parts well.
"When a show is filming, you learn to be quiet, and then you hear 'rolling ... rolling' and 'cut ... cut' a lot," Laura said. "When I put Baylen to bed, he often gives me special lines."
Then he directs.
"Oh he'll tell me to do it with more emotion and it I do it well, I'll get a good 'cut ... cut' from him. I'll know it's a good day and a good scene according to the director," Laura said.
