Town officials have unveiled a new sidewalk plan for the town and are seeking resident feedback.
The plan was released during the Town Council's meeting in mid-June and met with a mixed response.
On the town Facebook page, one resident questioned why the town needs more sidewalks and whether residential property owners will support the potential for additional burden and liability for sidewalks that run along their property. In contrast, another resident said he was relocating from one side of the town to another to be in an area with more sidewalks.

To review a copy of the draft plan, which prioritizes the sidewalk construction by using color-coded markers on the map, go to the town website.
