Lt. Richard A. Bond, a beloved and respected member of the South Windsor Police Department, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014.
Arrangements include the following:
The family will receive friends on Sunday, Jan. 12, from 2 to 6 p.m., at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Road, South Windsor. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, Jan. 13, 10 a.m., at the Wapping Community Church, 1790 Ellington Road. Burial will follow in Wapping Cemetery.
