Coursey Moves Forward with Support for State Representative Race
Democratic State Rep Candidate Qualifies for Campaign Financing

Thanks to the overwhelming support of South Windsor voters, Democratic candidate for state representative, Genevieve Coursey has qualified for public campaign financing.
Through a grassroots effort that gathered hundreds of small donations, and the required number of voter signatures, Coursey is now eligible to participate in the Citizens’ Election Program.
Once elected on November 3rd, Coursey will stand up for South Windsor’s working families. Coursey understands that parents want to earn a good living, have access to affordable child care and healthcare, and ensure that their kids will get a fair, equal education to prepare them for the future. In addition, she is ready to get to work on the many challenges facing Connecticut that have been brought about by the recent public health emergency.
