State Representative Tom Delnicki (right) recently presented Mrs. Priscilla Collins Snow (left) with a citation from the Connecticut General Assembly during a car parade to celebrate her 90th birthday on March 21, 2021.

South Windsor Residents gathered by the carloads to celebrate the occasion. There were also firetrucks, a horse drawn carriage, and many people who all lined up to wish Mrs. Snow a Happy Birthday.

Mrs. Snow graduated from Ellsworth Memorial High School in South Windsor in 1949, where she was involved in numerous activities. She served on the town’s Planning and Zoning Commission for 13 years, the Chamber of Commerce, including its board of directors and executive board. She is also the president and CEO of Post Road Stages Inc./Collins Bus Services Inc. and has been an active member of the South Windsor community for decades.
