Donald Vaccaro, an executive at South-Windsor based TicketNetwork, recently had his probation reduced in connection with his arrest at an Oscar party last year at Real Art Ways in Hartford.
A state superior court judge took three months off Vaccaro's special two-year probation, thus allowing the probation to end in February 2014, according to a Hartford Courant report.
If Vaccaro successfully completes probation, the charges against him, including intimidation due to bias, second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass, and interfering with an officer, will be dropped.Â

The incident took place shortly after midnight on Feb. 27, 2012, when Hartford Police said that Vaccaro had an unwanted encounter with a woman at the party and a security guard intervened.
Vaccaro was allegedly holding the woman's hand and would not let go, and a security guard had to pry his hand loose from the woman's, Hartford Police said.Â
While he was being asked to leave the party, police said Vaccaro yelled racially-charged insults at the security guard.Â
