Friends of the South Windsor Library Holding Bag of Books Sale

The Friends of the South Windsor Public Library are holding a Bag of Books Sale Thursday, Oct. 17 through Sunday, Oct. 20 at the South Windsor Public Library.

Buy a bag provided by the Friends for $8 and fill it with good used adult and children's books, audio books, and VHS tapes of your choice. Also, CDs and DVDs are available separately at bargain prices.

Sale hours are Thursday 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., Friday 9:30 a.m. 4 p.m., Saturday 9:30 a.m. 4 p.m., Sunday 1 - 4 p.m.

Proceeds support children's and adult programs, museum passes, concerts at the Library, Books for Babies, the Friends Scholarships, dictionaries for all South Windsor third grade students, book sales, program hospitality, and cultural bus trips.
