Local financial planner named president of national association
American College of Financial Services Alumni Association has over 60,000 members
Effective January 1, 2019, Kevin Baldwin, Managing Director of B&L Financial Architects at 85 Felt Road, Unit 601, is serving a one-year term as President of the American College of Financial Services Alumni Association. The Association preserves and promotes American College
traditions, purposes and growth by strengthening the College's relationship with over 60,000 alumni members nationwide.
A graduate of UConn and a long-time resident of Hebron, Baldwin co-founded B&L Financial Architects in 2012. He has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, with successful stints at Penn Mutual, Aetna, Lincoln Financial and MassMutual. Baldwin is past president of the Hartford Chapter of Society of Financial Service Professionals and currently sits on the National Board of the Society of Financial Services Professionals.
Based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, the American College of Financial Services was founded in 1927 and is the nation's largest non-profit educational institution dedicated to financial services. The College has educated one in five financial advisors in the United States.
