Police: Man Forged Papers, Sold Grandmother's Car on Craigslist
Buyer discovered the car could not be registered.

A Windsor man was arrested after allegedly forging documents to sell his grandmothers car on Craigslist.
According to police, Gary Deming, 23, of 108 Mountain Road, Windsor, forged documents in August and sold his grandmother's car online. The buyer found that he was unable to register the car because there was a lien on it.
Officers obtained an arrest warrant for Deming and arrested him Wednesday. He was charged with second-degree forgery and fourth-degree larceny.Â
Deming was scheduled to appear in court Thursday.Â
